lunch today was too die for but couldn't find any fish only vegies lol..

Suggest going bowling or something? Try to cajole them into some sort of activity.

You are the creative cook!...I'm sure you can come up with something. Soup in a thermos? A salad?...at the very least some fruit!

You've got the skills to cope...just think it out and you will do well! 8)

88.8kg is still achievable...so long as you get to it and keep your focus. :)

My heart sank when I read TWO pav shells! One was bad enough considering the ground you have to make up.

But your picture post is right on the money. "Under construction - thanks you for your patience".
Building a better you isn't without set backs...good if you can avoid them but if they do happen - the next best thing is to learn from them and repair the damage. :)

Dust yourself off...reflect...re-focus...and then re-set!
Give it your best shot tomorrow! 8)

I don't know whats going on,
"I just cant be bothered"
and
"im sick of dieting" (I know you don't use that word Kim,but that's what im doing im on a diet and im sick of it"
I don't know if its a matter of going strong for so long and I want too kick up my heels in saying that I know I will only go one way if I kick up my heels and that's up up up..
I don't know if last week has just been pretty emotional and got me out of any form of routine and I just need a good kick up the rump and get back on the wagon,i don't no if I know im going away and think ok relax..which I know I shouldn't relax..

I don't know if I know there are pavs in the pantry and I think they need too be eaten,
I don't know if I know theres naughty car food and all im thinking of is getting my fingers into them...

can you see I don't no lol......

I will come back and get back into it,but atm im just sick of it I think..im hanging on with finger nails..

don't miss me too much when im gone and I hope I come back and everybody is still here...
remember too look after each other and pick each other up...

good luck all and I will see you when I get back..

Natasha, you are human and that means that you will find yourself in at the edge at times.
When you get to a place like that you must fill your head with your achievements of past success and use that to piggyback you through the tough times. You have done so well this time around...remember that success and don't throw all your hard work away!

It is in times like these that we must dig deep and find character. The true definition of a hero isn't a person who is brave but rather a fearful person who despite his/her fears still does the right and true act. Be your hero Natasha...despite the fear...stand firm and be true to your character! 8)

I believe in you.

its so very nice too know you believe in me even when some times I don't believe in myself,
its kind words like that that makes a person knows you have people looking out for you and want the best for you...

I believe that this is the end of this topics journey and I will get back and start a new topic for the next part of my journey,
for some reason I find I do better too start fresh ...

so Monday I will start fresh and start again,
it gives me new life too say ok im starting again...

and now im looking forward too it...
