OK not going to detail my daily diet cause it's pretty boring and not really a problem to me over and above the larger portions l sometimes have.. instead am going to detail the foods l have resisted during the week, my confessions are elsewhere ;)

Also will kick in with a bit of exercise routine commentary when it varies or changes..
Highs : 107 Kg (24 Sept 2007) : 113.5 Kg (12 Jan 2014) : 112.5 Kg (26 Jan 2016)
Current :99.2 Kg (31 May 2016)
Lows : 78.4 Kg (20 May 2008) : 87.4 Kg (on 16 Dec in both 2009 & 2010) : 82.9 Kg (14 Apr 2011) : 87.1 Kg (4 Jul 2011) : 90.5 Kg (14 Jul 2014)
Target : 94 Kgs by 15th Jul

Today I knocked back pizza for the third time in a week so pretty proud about that, twice it was actually in front of me and once l was completely wasted on beer which makes it even more impressive.. :lol:

Said No to pizza capers for lunch today at work and instead made do with my Smoked Salmon and Rye and small banana..

Also to complete weekly picture l said No to peice of pavlova yesterday for one of the girls birthdays at work.. mighty nice it looked too.. :?

JP: Oh, that's our shortstop!

Got the right idea here though...balance indulgence with moderation elsewhere. Good work. :D

I've got a friend who is a total Abbott and Costello fan. Quotes "Who's on first" ALL the time. Just the other night he was telling me that they had adapted this routine to a football theme for football appearance they did.

That second bacon sarnie I had yesterday remember, well it knocked the first one back today so were all square right? And I can take the moral high ground by just sticking to my usual weetabix.. :lol:

Yeah seen a few copies of that Who's on first base' routine, use to love Abbott and Costello when I was a kid..

Forgot to add - was feeling a bit pecking after many beers last night but resisted a kebab on the way home, good JP.. 8)

Having got home though I had a couple of pieces of Brie, bad JP :|

Bit of a spike up over the last two days, a nice long walk later and healthy eating and no beers today will hopefully put me back on track..

It's all about balancing it out isn't it? If you treat yourself then you have to find the economies elsewhere.

6 beers yesterday meant I had to knock back a kebab last night *which I figured would just have been extra and wasted calories* and this morning as everyone was planning bacon sarnies I again said No and had my usual mainly cos we've already planned on Indian take out tonight.. So will work that in to my schedule and limit my beers to one or two :wink:

It's been a battle this weekend Kim that's for sure but I didn't berserk either which I felt like doing a couple of times..

Have to admit to one thing though, l was *this* close to finishing off a couple of Tim Tams in the fridge, then my mate left an open box of Chicken Soy Sensations hanging around.. It took all my will l will tell you though I do need to confess I actually had a good old smell of that Tim Tam :shock:

I feel l came out of the w/e pretty well as it goes but it was my darkest hour since my holiday for sure and I need to push on through this and revisit my lows, reckon if I can do that and get back on track the next few days I will take heart and get back on track..

Oh yeah how could l forget, was someone elses birthday yesterday and just before l headed home I was tempted by this delicious looking chocolate cheesecake.. I'm salvinating over just the thought of it right now *but hey here is an even sicker thought - theres probably some left in the fridge right now :? :( :roll: * Anyway l digress, they caught me at my weakest moment of the day and I even considered the smallest peice.. there were people saying oh it's fat free cheesecake and all the usual temptation talk I'd normally of used to one of them if they were cutting down :lol: ;) Anyway I fought the good fight and knocked it back.. :shock:

Now all l have to do is forget about the fridge..
