It's those little battles and victories that will give you success!

Good work JP...keep doing it and it will became automatic.
Someone the other day offered me something and I straight away said no without thinking...
after I said it I thought to myself "hang on you idiot - that was healthy and it is lunch time and you can have it!"...
that's how automatic it can get!

So anyway getting back to these Mentos, I made such a deal of it that the lads chipped in ;) and bought me 2 more packets for the trip home..

And guess what I did, I divvied them up and everyone had a couple, I only had one (as in 1 of the 28 up for grabs) 8)

Oh and Subway for lunch earlier I made do with a 6inch tuna as it wasn't my (Friday) special Subway Treat Day! PLUS the girl offered me a free cookie which I turned down..
It's about give and take..

Two steps forward - one step back. That's human nature...at least its going in the right direction.

Well it is true...any progress is better than no progress.
The best thing of cause is if all three of the steps were in the forward direction!
I know in my own case if the days I spent going backwards were actually zero days (no losses or gains)...just that alone would have had me losing the weight months before I finally managed it.
