Breakfast: sunsol natural muesli, skinny milk, 1 pce of multigrain toast with all fruit jam

Morning Meal: brown rice, red kidney beans, taco sauce mix with natural yoghurt and 1 apple

Lunch: Ham on multigrain bread, l/f fruche

Snack: crackers and l/f cheese

Dinner: chicken and mushroom leftover with vege burger and salad

Tomorrow is food, food and more food at work with morning teas in two teams and a birthday which means cake. :shock:

For a horror of a day I don't think I did too bad!!! LOL

1 scrambled egg
1 piece multigrain toast
1 coffee

small handfull of grapes and 1 lychee

4 mini tuna, corn and carrot crustless quiches (homemade yum!)

small handful grapes

Subway 6" roasted peppercorn and garlic steak sub ( not exactly low fat, but it was very yummy!!)

Water: 3.5L

Had about 10 small eucalyptus and honey drops over the afternoon and evening (about 130 Cals worth!! :shock: ) but I needed something and I don't like the sugar free stuff!!

ooh almost forgot 1 warm f/c milk at 3.45am this it belongs to friday really!!

Ok I'm just gonna write it all down... I'm sure no-one wants to put up with my whinging AGAIN :x :roll:

Overnight: Bran w/ soy milk, carb-smart icecream

Early morning: Banana

Breakfast: FibreX cereal

Moning Tea: Almonds, Apple

Lunch: Salad w/ tuna

Late aftenoon snack: PC's protein crisps

Early dinner: Chickpea & tomato casserole
Diet yoghurt
Fruit & nut ball (my mum made these.. they are extremely yummy. I am being good and limiting myself to one per day - three to go lol!)

After dinner snacks: 1/2 HPLC Bar, Fruit of all descriptions (including one piece of melon which I am tempted to include in my alcohol allowance for the week!), two serves of carb-smart icecream..... :( :(

I had a major headache and was in bed by 7pm. That's my excuse and I'm sticking to it :(

Breakfast: Cereal with skim milk
Lunch: 1 piece of chicken, some vegie and brown rice
Dinner: chicken, tomatoes, boiled noodles, 1 egg, 1 toast
Snack: 1 kiwi fruit

Drank 3 litres of water, some green tea...
