Home made is the best...that way you can keep it really healthy - a lot of shop soup is too full of salt.

yesterdays soup had all vegies but no potato,soup mix and shanks....it was so thick but I did over do the eating which I tend too do with my soup...

There are a lot worse things that you could over do eating wise! :lol:
