Well as I work for one team but belong to another and since both teams had morning teas at different times and both teams had someone with a birthday today I didn't even try to be good. So Sarah I don't think you will beat me today.
This is gonna catch up with me sometime and I can still pack it away when I want to. Haven't let myself go this bad in quite some time.
Breakfast: weetbix and skinny milk with dried fruit and nuts
Morning Tea (this replaced daily snacks, lunch and dinner, I was very bad so readers beware:
3 Tim Tams
1 cannolli filled with vanilla custard
1 thin slice of panettone
1/2 a small handfull of cheezels, burger rings and corn chips
4 carrot sticks (that was about as healthy as it got)
1 pce of swiss roll cake
3 Italian pastry things I am reliably informed are called Spogliatine
1 mini quiche
I was stuffed and went for a 50 min walk about an hour later.
About 7:30pm had some light crackers with hot salsa. Crikey, well I am up early for a weight session as I haven't got around to it all week as I have been tired when I get home.
