Breakfast: cereal, skinny milk

Lunch: muesli and oats mixed with berryfruits yoghurt and protein powder - kinda like a thick bircher muesli it was yum

Snack: handful of jelly beans

Snack: cruskits and l/f cheese

Dinner: home made chicken burger and salad

Dessert: l/f ice cream and dried fruit

Breakfast: small bowl of just right l/f milk

Lunch: Bowl of Couscous with chicken breast

Dinner: Salad sandwich

Snacks: Three oven mushrooms with melted cheese (ohh so naughty but ohhhh so nice!)

1 small nectarine

Breakfast: Baked beans on dark rye toast, 1/2 protein delight bar, coffee

Morning snacks: Diet yoghurt, banana

Lunch: Savoury tofu w/ salad & a small glass of wine, Almonds

Afternoon snacks: Boost smoothie on a stick, Cherries, Kiwi fruit

Dinner: Tomato & chickpea casserole w/ steamed veg
Raspberries w/ carb-smart icecream

Wait for it....

Late night snacks:
PC's protein crisps
Dates, dried fruits
Sticky date pudding (small serving) w/ more icecream!
couple of handfuls of chips (yuck - I hate chips!)
Rice crackers (another couple of handfuls)
Chocolate buds (I have a secret stash in my parents' pantry - finally finished it after 2 1/2 months!)
Bread crust w/ thai cashew dip (errr.. stale bread in the middle of the night.. how desperate is that :( )

Think that's it :oops: :oops: :oops:

Bread Crusts are goooood...not sure if I'd like them stale though. :)
