I had my boyfriends chirstmas lunch today with one side of the family. its at a posh golf club and the food is awweeesome.
so here goes

4 pieces bread with dips and cheese

salmon, avacado, asparagus with lemon oil and basil

chicken with roast vegetables

steamed choc pudding with icecream

and about one million Cherrys

Small bowl of pasta with pasta sauce
...more cherrys

Ok really bad day- but today is a new day!

Breakfast: 1 shredded wheat with skinny milk and 1 pce of multigrain toast with all fruit jam

Lunch: a small hamburger about 1/2 the size you would normally get in a cafe :roll: Seriously this thing was tiny and I left off the bacon, egg and cheese and shouldn't have bothered. And I ate about 1/3 of the chips on the plate washed down with a carrot, apple, pineapple juice thing I just realised I never put in my calorieking food diary.

Dinner: salad with proscuitto, polenta and rockmelon

Dessert: slice of pavlova (my girlfriend came over and the pav and lunch was our little Christmas treat as I won't get to see her next weekend)

Breakfast: Tofu scrambled not-eggs (lol see recipe section), 1/2 Protein Delite bar, Banana, Dates

Lunch: Salad w/ tuna, Rum ball, Diet jelly

Afternoon snack: Strawberries

Dinner: Vegetarian Samosas
Curry Tofu & Vegetables
Mango Panacotta

Drinks: 5 glasses of white wine :oops:

Late night snack: PCs Protein Crisps, another rum ball, decaf coffee.
