breaky: big piece of cantalope
lunch: lettuce tomato capsicum salad
tea: gnoccy with homemade vegetable sauce

+ 3 cups of peppermint tea and once again lots of cherrys!

Breakfast: all-bran, lsa, skinny milk

Morning Meal: oats, protein powder, f/f fruit yoghurt mixed together and 1 apple

Snack: Desertspoon of each of tiramasu, cheescake and pavlova :roll: it's a long story.

Lunch: turkey and cucumber on wholemeal bread, 1 raw carrot

Snack: 2 slices vienna bread with l/f cottage cheese

Dinner: salad with rockmelon then....2 more slices of vienna bread 1 with vegemite the other plain.

Breakfast: Wheat bran, Protein crunch, LSA, soymilk

Morning snack: Rum ball (my mum made them... they are extremely delicious!), Almonds

Lunch: Lentil patties on dark rye toast w/ avocado (I'm still getting over how delicious that was :lol: )
Mince pie (made by my grandma... also very delicious lol)

Afternoon snacks: Boost smoothie on a stick, Cherries

Dinner: Felafel w/ steam veg
Protein Delite bar

Late night snack: Mango w/ diet jelly
