Breakfast: Fresh Berries with l/f yogurt

Lunch: Small Pita wrap with lettuce, capsicum and tomato

Snack: Pear

Dinner: Roasted Vegetables with Chicken Kiev (yuuuummy :oops: )

Breakfast: weetbix, kiwifruit, lsa, skinny milk

Lunch: wholemeal pasta, tuna, salad mix, 1 orange, 1 carrot

Dinner: chicken rissole with rice and salad

Extras: Didn't have any other healthy snacks as they have us on chocolate intravenous drip at work. Seriously our team was given a 1kg box of chocolate to share so I ate 10 of those celebration chocolates. Yes's easy to do. :oops: Aww I have to add on a small piece of pavlova too. :roll: Have decided Wednesday is to be healthy food only....might as well have at least one 'good' day.

Lol, we had a morning tea at work today... I couldn't eat anything at all (had a massive tummy pain for whatever reason I don't know... painful, but conveniently timed :shock: )

Overnight/early morning: Rye soy-linseed toast w/ cashew spread, Banana, Diet Yoghurt

Breakfast: FibreX cereal

Morning tea: 1/4 HPLC Bar

Lunch: Bean Salad (dodgy - made it a while back, smelled terrible, but still tasted alright, oh dear)

Afternoon snacks: Apple, Salad w/ avocado & mango dressing

Dinner: Tomato & chickpea casserole (also dodgy, made at the same time as the bean salad!) w/ steamed veggies
Carb-smart icecream
Fruit & nut Ball
1/2 Protein Delight bar

Late night snack: Mango & diet jelly

Eating potentially off food when feeling sick anyway.. who does that???!! :roll:

I refuse to throw it out :twisted:

Breakfast: Sustain with hilo milk

Lunch: lean beef homemade burger with about 5 of dads red rooster chips

Tea: tandoori pork with vegies

Snack: 2 slices of multi grain bread with a drop of butter and vegemite

Water: lots and lots :P its been a horrible humid day
