Breakfast: muesli, skinny milk, protein powder

Morning meal: rice, beans, taco sauce with natural yoghurt and an apple

Lunch: chicken sandwich with cucumber, carrot, kiwifruit

Snack: cruskits with l/f cheese and tomato

Dinner: wholemeal pasta, l/f cottage cheese and salad, small glass of orange juice

Preferred Weight - Under 60 kgs
Current Weight - 64.8 kgs
Start Weight - 85 kgs

Early morning: Banana, Diet Yoghurt

Breakfast: Muesli, bran, protein crunch w/ soy milk

Morning tea: 1/4 HPLC Bar

Lunch: Bean Salad

Afternoon snacks: Apple, Almonds, Salad

Dinner: Savoury Tofu w/ steamed veg
Rum Balls (two of them!)
1/2 Protein delight bar

Late night snacks: Boost smoothie on a stick, Diet jelly
