Ate too much. A long list below.

Breakfast: 1 soy-linseed toast, no butter
Snack: My lunch being fish and white rice
Lunch: Christmas lunch (eat out) Pasta with bacon and mushroom

Went to do cat-scan for my neck...
Dinner: 1 pork chop and boiled noodles (<== should not have eaten this, but relieved that the cat-scan was done as I was a bit scared at first.

Snack: 1 coffee and many cookies (<== should not have eaten this)

After eating all the food in the world, my painful shoulder and neck felt a bit better, then I had a little sleep. I woke up feeling happy but fat...

Also Fri more family eat-out gathering. I am supposed to weigh-in on Sat... aaaaeeeeeeeerrrr Hold on to my water. See if I can give most of the food to my relatives, so I dont have to be a fatso...

Breakfast: Wheat bran, protein crunch, LSA, soymilk

Morning tea: 1/4 HPLC bar

Lunch: Bean Salad, Fruit (cherries, peach, kiwi fruit)

Afternoon snacks: Almonds, Rum Ball

Dinner: Salad w/ mango dressing, Felafel balls (4 of them!)
Carb-smart icecream
Fruit & nut ball

Late night snacks: Protein Delite bar

UUGGHHH!!! Oh Sarah that must have been unbearable, I hate it when the overnight temperatures are high like that. We normally get that up here, but our highest summer overnight temp so far has been 22 :o . I am waiting for the onslaught though!! Hope tonight isn't so bad for you matey!!

We're expecting a "late change" with "possible showers" LOL. So, hopefully a better chance to catch up on some sleep tonight :D (and avoid middle-of-the-night icecream eating!!)

Well it's still hot and here and no late change has come yet. The only showers were about a dozen big fat rain drops that all landed on my bike and then covered it with dust! On to food.

Breakfast: All-bran, LSA, skinny milk

Morning Meal: f/f fruit yoghurt, oats and protein powder mixed together, 1 apple

Lunch: turkey sandwich on wholemeal bread, 1 kiwifruit

Snack: light crackers with l/f cheese and tomato

Dinner: 1 rice ball thingy my hubby made and a small glass of prune juice

Couldn't be bothered to eat anything more as I had lots of Christmas food to make for the international food day at work so spent the next 3 hrs in the kitchen.

Before bed treat: small glass of baileys
