Well Crikey I ate a lot today. Made sure the previous two days were good as I knew this one was a coming. Christmas eating seems to be in full swing. We had international food day in our team today and the food brought was awesome.

Breakfast: weetbix, yoghurt, skinny milk

Rest of the day:
pate, cheese, cream cheese, salami, sun dried tomatoes with a variety crackers
small serve of lasagna
medium serve of chicken curry
various fresh fruit pieces
small slice of chocolate cake

Evening: dunno, if I feel like anything it may be a turkey sandwich

Not gonna do a food diary until after Christmas as it's probably not a helpful example of healthy eating. :roll:
