Have been bad from last Fri to Mon...
Quite keen to stop going out of control and make things up.
Well... after putting on 0.6 kilos...
Breakfast: 1 pork chop, tomatoes, boiled noodles
Lunch: 1 coffee with skim milk. 1 slice of choc mousse cake. (Last piece...)
Dinner: 1 boiled egg, 1 slice of soy-linseed toast
Snack: 1 small bite of turkey with small amount of white rice. Size less than my hand.
Snack: 3 kiwi fruit.
