Breakfast: 2 slices soy-linseed toasts with butter
Snack: 1 kiwi fruit
Lunch: 1 egg and 1 slice soy-linseed toast
Dinner: Sliced turkey, tomatoes and boiled noodles
Snack: 3 kiwi fruit, a few bites of noodles

Drank 3 litres of water, 1 litre of green tea

Early morning snack: Two small nectarines, 20g wheat bran w. soy milk (extra fibre at the moment is a good thing LOL)

Breakfast: Banana smoothie w. soy protein

Morning tea: 1/4 HPLC bar

Lunch: Savoury tofu w. steamed veg, Apple

Afternoon snack: Salad w. avocado & mango dressing

Early dinner: Lentil patties w. steamed veg
Soy yoghurt
Jarrah chocolatte w. rum ball & choc chip biscuit (don't know what I was thinking there!)

Late night snack: Diet Jelly, Carb smart icecream

and.... that's it until this morning. I blocked off the corridor leading from my bedroom to the kitchen with a chair so that I could not get to the kitchen in the middle of the night. It worked :lol:

Gonna try it again tonight. If I start moving the chair, I'm going to engineer a trip rope. A broken nose ought to teach me a lesson :twisted:
