Brekkie:
1 200g tub low fat mango yoghurt
3 tbs natural muesli
1 coffee

Lunch:
2 english muffins with leg ham and cheese melted
1 coffee

Snack:
1 lollipop
6 squares black forest choc

Dinner:\
Pork and pasta bake
Assorted veg (broc, carrots, beans)

Snack:
1/2 cup fruit salad

Water: 3L

Early morning snack: Sliced banana on rye toast

Breakfast: Wheat bran (and lots of it! 70g lol) w. protein crunch, LSA & soy milk

Morning tea: 1/4 HPLC bar & coffee

Early afternoon tea: Apple, Almonds

Late lunch: Tuna Salad, Sugar free chocolate

Dinner: Tofu stroganoff w. steamed veg
Carb smart icecream
Rum ball & chocolate macadamia (1 each)

Late night snack: Nectarine & diet jelly

Note the sneaky swap of lunch and afternoon tea LOL.

Breakfast: 2 slices of soy-linseed bread with butter
Lunch: small turkey piece, white and brown rice
Dinner: Everything was frozen. Had some eggs and rice. Then 1/2 cup of coffee, 3 cookies. Then the chicken was defrosted and steamed. Had a drum-stick and some white and brown rice.

Snack: 3 kiwi fruit, small soup

Felt like I had a flu, hungry like there is no tomorrow.

Breakfast (norti stuff) 1 pumpkin and sunflower seed scone from Bakers Delight (I forgot to eat before going shopping :roll: )

Lunch - fresh prawns, grapes, 1 piece of multigrain bread, tomato and one very thin sad looking slice of cheese

Dinner - sweet chilli and lime pork stirfry - I am just about to go and cook it :D
Every day I am getting thinner and thinner.....
