Breakfast: muesli, skinny milk

Snack: peach

Lunch: corned beef, lettuce and l/f cheese on wholemeal bread, pineapple

Snack: nuts

Dinner: prawn and pasta salad

Dessert: l/f fruit yoghurt
Kim - To thine own self be true
Maintainence since 04/11/06
Preferred Weight - Under 60 kgs
Current Weight - 64.8 kgs
Start Weight - 85 kgs

Breakfast: 1 slice soy-linseed toast (no butter)
Lunch: 1 piece of fish fillet, steamed brocolli, corn and peas.
Snack: 1 kiwi fruit
Dinner: 2 fried eggs, 2 slices of soy-linseed toast (no butter)
Snack: 4 kiwi fruit

Drank 3 litres of water, 1 litre of green tea, 1 cup of full cream milk.
