Breakfast: all-bran, skinny milk and lsa with 1 pce wholemeal toast with all fruit jam

Morning meal: f/f yoghurt, oats and protein powder mixed together, 1 orange

Lunch: corned beef, lettuce and cucumber on wholmeal bread, carrot sticks and 1 apple

Snack: 3 kavli crispbreads with l/f cheese and tomato

Dinner: small serve of duck and baked veges

2 slices wholemeal bread with l/f grated cheese
3 coffees

Snack:
12 fresh cherries

Dinner:
beef and pasta bake
assortment of vegies

Snack:
1 medium mango
1 small glass aktavite

Water:
3L

Not the best of starts today, bit of a topsy-turvy morning!!
