Breakfast: 3 weet-bix, skinny milk, lsa

Snack: oats, yoghurt, protein powder mixed together, 1 peach

Lunch: turkey and salad on wholemeal bread, carrot sticks

Dinner: corned beef, wholemeal pasta with salad

Snack: light crackers with l/f cottage cheese and tomato, sliced pineapple and rockmelon

1 serve Pancake Stack-A-Jack
1 coffee

Lunch:
1 w/m roast beef, tomato and shallot sandwich with hot english mustard

Snack:
1 mango

Dinner:
crumbed steak
1/2 serve steamed potato
broccoli, cauliflower and carrots

Water:
3L

I tend to do this rather sporadically don't I!!! Depends if I'm home or not late enough to fill it in :) :)

Breakfast -
30g Cheerios w/ 1/4 cup l/f milk

Lunch -
Pita Bread Pizza with l/f Turkey, cherry tomato, fresh pineapple and bocconcini cheese (mmm delish)

Snack -
2 Rye Cruskits with 1 l/f Kraft Single and tomato
100g Diet Yoghurt with 1 serve Diet Jelly, 50g Watermelon & 50g Strawberries

Dinner -
110g Chicken Breast, skin off w/ sweet potato mash & garden salad

Snack -
1/2 Fruit Muffin (the kind you toast, not cake muffin) w/ 1 tsp 100% Natural Peanut Butter
2 Mint Chocolate Pastilles

breakfast-
natural yougurt, fruit plus my sureslim sead mix

lunch-
4 rivetas with l/f melted cheese on top and a salad

Dinner-
yummy tuna patties and beans onion and brocoli stirfry
(its a bit light on atm because Im trying too loose the xmas kgs I gained!)
