Hi Chinta....that decision is entirely yours mate...it is a matter of preference and what works best for you.
I use the calorie king software (http://www.calorieking.com.au
) and I find that this has helped me. I noticed on their website last night that you can actually sign up for the online advice and get a profile for free (it used to be about $28.00), They give you a goal to aim for and you can write down you daily exercise and food diary online. They give you a mini goal and then add another one once you have reached it. So if you are looking for something new, check it out as it won't cost you anything!!
Again though, you do what works for YOU!!
