Breakfast: all-bran, skinny milk, 1 pc wholemeal toast with jam

Morning Meal: tiny slice of fruit cake (I mean small but had to try it), oat-yoghurt-protein powder mix, 1 apple

Lunch: pasta, chicken and salad

Dinner: pasta, chicken and salad (made heaps so served it for both meals)

Dessert: l/f ice cream

Preferred Weight - Under 60 kgs
Current Weight - 64.8 kgs
Start Weight - 85 kgs

1 english muffin
1 banana (smashed on top of open muffin with mixed spice..yum!)
1 coffee

1 rye and spelt roast beef and salad sandwich

1 mango

Dinner: (BBQ)
2 pork sausages
1 small piece of rump steak
assorted veges
3/4 cup bow pasta with Italian free salad dressing

1 glass l/f milk

Water: 3.5L

Breakfast - 2 weetbix with milk (full cream :oops: husband bought it by mistake!)

Mid morning - 1 Orange

Lunch - Salad and very small portion of chicken

Dinner - Tuna goulash (mother-in-law cooked it with Fresh Tuna Steaks) only had small serving

2 coffee (white with 1 sugar :oops: gotta cut back)
2 tea (white with 1 sugar :twisted: damn that sugar and milk!)

2 litres of water

Excercise - did the naughty with my husband :lol: - he was in from fishing after three nights out!!!

2 x rivetas & 1 egg

3 x rivetas with l/f cheese, tomato, spring onion, grated carrot, and artichokes
1 x diet coke

turkey breast and mixed veg in garlic

:oops: Im into my rivetas big time at the mo!!!
