Breakfast: 2 eggs on 2 pcs wholemeals toast and a tomato, with orange juice (man haven't had eggs for a long time)

Lunch: salad wrap with more salad lol and some f/f nat yoghurt

Snack: milk, crackers, l/f cheese and tomato

Dinner: pork and salad

Snack: peach

Breakfast: Bowl of muslie with slim milk

Lunch: 2 Tuna and avacado sushi rolls

Dinner: Two pieces of wholegrain toast with sliced tomato and one poached egg white


Snack: 4 fruit tingles!

i was addicted to fruit tingles whilst pregnant- id buy rolls of them!! hehe
