Breakfast: weetbix, skinny milk, lsa

Morning Meal: oats-yoghurt-protein powder mix, 1 apple

Lunch: roast pork and salad on soy & linseed bread, 1 nectarine

Snack: 3 crackers, l/f cheese and tomato

Dinner: fish, small serve of home made chippies and a salad

Desert: mango bar thingy from home ice cream dude

Early morning snack: Sliced banana on rye toast

Breakfast: Wheat bran & protein crunch w. soy milk

Morning tea: 1/4 HPLC Bar

Lunch: Bean salad w. mixed greens

Afternoon snacks: Grapes, Almonds

Dinner: Curry Filo (taste yum as well as fun to make, thanks Ally!) w. steamed veg
Strawberries w. Carb smart icecream
Christmas cake (a tiny piece... my mum made it)

Late night snack: Diet Jelly, Nectarines

I refuse to eat anything from now until breakfast :twisted:

Under my goal of 7000 kJ today too (provided I don't go eating any more tonight, which I'm NOT going to do!!)

Here goes (I dont have a calorie counter, nor do I have the patience to work this out, but if any of you do or feel the need to do it for me, do you think you could work out how many calories I have consumed today?

Breakfast - 2 x weetbix with very sml amount of skinny milk, 1 coffee with artificial sweetner and skinny milk.

Lunch - Small slice of pumpkin, spinach slice thingy which is home-made from a low fat recipe (actually it is really yummy and I should post the recipe too!)

Afternoon - 1 Banana

Dinner - Fresh salad, cooked spinach and grilled chicken (on the BBQ) also four very tiny little octopus cooked on BBQ.
Desert - A handful of grapes and one slice of watermelon.
1 Tea with artificial sweetner and skinny milk

Drinking - nearly 3 litres of water

So, for you girls counting calories.. how am I doing?

Excercise - other than accidental - nothing!

1 egg with 1 english muffin
1 coffee

1 large mango

2 slices w/g toast with corned silverside and melted cheese

2 small nectarines

Roast chicken, veges and pasta bake

1 glass l/f milk

Water: 4.5L was 37* here today...stinkin hot and humid, hence the larger water consumption!

Hey Tiffany... looks really great. I can't say exactly, but you'd be struggling to get above 1200 calories, which is excellent. The slice sounds yummy - will look forward to reading the recipe :wink:

Breakfast: 2 slices of soy-linseed toasts with butter
Lunch: 1 steamed chicken drum-stick, 1 tomato and brown rice
Dinner: Sliced steamded chicken, tomatos and boiled noodles
Snack: 2 kiwi fruit

Drank: 3 litres of water, 0.5 litre of green tea, 2 glasses of lite-white milk

Said no to goodies before going to bed. My stomach was making noises but I want to reach my goal.
