ok so started off horribly
i got a blueberry muffin and a irish nut creme latte from gj's although i drank a quarter of the coffee and tipped it out.... its seems i had forgotten i was on a diet....

lunch: pasta with homemade tomato sauce
SW:91kg
CW:75kg
GW: Somwhere in the 60's for now

Next mini goal:73kg

Breakfast: muesli, skinny milk and a banana

Morning meal: yoghurt-oats-dried fruit-protein powder mix, 1 peach

Lunch: tuna and salad on pumpkin seed bread, 1 orange

Snack: crispbread with l/f cottage cheese

Dinner: pork salad

Dessert: l/f yoghurt

Breakfast:
Hardboiled egg, 1 slice of Rye bread with tomato

Lunch:
Zucchini Slice

Snack:
Diet Yoghurt, Diet Jelly, 100g Stewed Plums

Dinner:
Carribean Chicken with Rice and Green Salad

Snack:
Fruit Salad - watermelon, rockmelon, blueberries, strawberries
1 slice of Fruit bread with 1 tsp Peanut Butter (100% Peanuts)

Early morning: Sliced banana on rye toast

Breakfast: FibreX cereal

Morning tea: 1/4 HPLC bar, PCs protein crisps

Lunch: Salad w. tuna

Afternoon snacks: Apple, Almonds

Dinner: Felafel w. steamed veg
Diet yoghurt, diet jelly
Christmas cake (another tiny piece... still savouring the leftovers lol)

Late night snack: Cherries,

Breakfast - banana cinnamon and almond muffin
- coffee

Morning Snack - Two pieces rye toast with philly cheese, tomato and pepper

Lunch - pasta with veg

Afternoon Snack - rice crackers (over did these a bit - nibbled on them while chatting with a girlfriend and polished of almost half a packet - even without the dip!)

Dinner - chicken chow mein with noodles.
- watermelon for dessert

Felt really good about myself today - even the little slip up wasn't major - I can really do this!
