yay go me... i resisted getting my free gloria jeans coffee

breakfast: crumpets with light marg and vegemite.

lunch: toast with vegemite ( i stayed at my bf's house last night and only had time to grab bread)

snack: possibly some natural flavour popcorn

baked beans are so good for you :-)

I had some weetbix for brekky and just had some yogurt and fruit for lunch :-)

and a ricecake inbetween! lol

lunch was pasta and a GJ's cookies and cream... i knew i had to get rid of that free drink card... so now its gone and im broke so no more GJ's for me lol

Breakfast: shredded wheat, skinny milk, 1 wholemeal muffin with jam

Morning meal: beans-rice mix with hot taco sauce and small serve of fruit yoghurt on the side, 1 apple

Lunch: chicken and salad on wholemeal bread, 1 nectarine

Snack: crackers, l/f cheese and tomato, mango bar

Dinner: chicken, salad and small serve of pasta

Overnight: Two slices of rye toast w. diet strawberry jam :oops: (note to self - never leave toaster on bench overnight!)

Early morning: Sliced banana on rye toast

Breakfast: Muesli & protein crunch w. soy milk

Morning tea: 1/4 HPLC bar

Lunch: Bean salad

Afternoon snacks: Nectarines (put them in the fridge and ate them after my walk in the 35degree heat.... yum!!!), Salad w. avocado

Dinner: Savoury tofu w. steamed veg
Strawberries w. carb smart icecream
Tiny piece of chocolate (had massive cravings and have spent all night trying to not eat!)

Late night snacks: Diet jelly, boost smoothie on a stick (hating the hot weather :evil: )

Still under my limit of 7000kJ, yay :D

How ghastly is this heat Sarah... don't know about you, but we're still choking smoke...

I'm refusing to report my food diary today on the grounds that it was a disgusting mess!

I know it sucks! Luckily the change is coming thru this morning so it won't be as hot as what they said. Not as smoky this morning either :)

Wait till the food diary looks a little better then post it :wink:

Arrrggg just checked the BoM website. 28 was the lowest it got to last night. There's my excuse for the extra ice-cream :lol:

Food Diary

Breakfast - 2 x slices grainy low gi bread, with quarter avocado and black pepper on top.

Lunch - 1 x slice pumpkin/spinach/feta slice (home made - low fat)
1 x Apple

Dinner - 1 x steak on bbq and large serving of fresh salad, with lemon squeezed as dressing.

Desert - peaches/apricots - natural skin on, cut up.

2 x coffee with low fat milk and sugar (left my sugarine at home :( )
nearly 3 litres of water

Feeling good, but am suffering PMT! Those buggers are just around the corner!!!! :twisted:

Breakfast: Weight Watchers All Day Cereal Bar

Snack: Handful of soya sweet chilli and lime sticks (very morish!!)

Lunch: Coconut Thai Curry Fish, mixed steamed vegies and brown rice.

Snack: Rockmelon

Dinner: Undecided at this moment - could either be fish or a pre packaged WW meal that is in the freezer

Snack: Muslie Bar

Drinks: Caffeine Free Diet Coke/water
