Thanks Kate :D Somehow the toaster found it's way onto the bench, and a piece of toast then made it's way into my stomach  I guess the sleeping tablets mustn't have worked. Could have been worse though :)

LOL I did that in June went out with my Mum for my birthday and ordered fish and chips. As you know pub meals are huge but it was a treat. Anyway, ordered a diet coke and she poured a regular one. When I asked her she looked at me blankly and I started laughing and said I just ordered fish and chips this is hardly going to matter! Considering I never normally drink soft drink I found it all funny.

Kate did you see that....toast has legs like cashews! :P

No it was I who laughed not her...she looked blank as if she was hoping I would say it was OK since she poured the wrong one. It was all good. :D

Here goes, forgot to enter this...

Breakfast - 2 x slices very grainy low GI bread with 1/4 avocado on top with cracked black pepper
1 x white coffee skinny milk and artificial sweetner (down to 1/2 tablet!)

Lunch - bit naughty but was in a rush... another 2 x slices high fibre, low GI bread and a tin of tuna.
1 x banana

Dinner - I made my husband (he was in from fishing until 8.30pm and then he went out again) the Vegetable Stir Fry that is one of the Dinner recipes on this website - it's fantastic!

Drank 3L water.
