Breakfast: skinny milk and protein bar

Morning tea: (morning tea at work so didn't need lunch after this lot!) chips, crackers, dip, fresh fruit, chocolate biscuits

Afternoon snack: muesli-yoghurt mix from home

Dinner: Dunno not very hungry and I am tired. Hubby is cooking something with rice will have a small serve of that. Then some diet jelly! LOL that should balance out the crap from this morn.

What an awful haphazard day of eating.

Had a better day today. Actually I'm really proud of myself. I know I "fell off the wagon" earlier this week, but I'm well and truly back on it. I didn't pack in the towel after one day, and I have conquered the Chrisco box! LOL  I packed it up and put it on the top of the cupboard - where all the kids treats go. For some reason I'm not too bad at avoiding the kids treats, probably because every time I grab the box my son says 'hey, that's mine!'

Okay, today...
Multigrain toast with vegemite and coffee.

Two pieces dark chocolate and a peach

Lunch - Picnic at the park
Low fat egg salad with premium crackers and lettuce.
Watermelon - loads of it!
Piece of garlic pullapart - no butter.

Flame grilled olive oil and herb fish fillets with fresh corn cob, blanched carrots and baby peas - heaps yummy!

1 scoop low fat ice cream

Not as good as some, I know, but a vast improvement on what I was eating a few weeks back!

hey dee
sounds like you are making wonderful changes- small slow changes are better then diving in head first sometimes i think. you are more likely to revert back to old habits if you change everything suddenly!

Early morning: Rye toast w. avocado

Breakfast: FibreX cereal

Morning snacks: 1/4 HPLC bar, Almonds

Lunch: Bean Salad, Banana

Afternoon snacks: Grapes, Avocado salad

Dinner: Fried tofu cubes, Stir fried vegetables, Red bean icecream (had a little pig out session at the Crown food court... how disgusting. I have been eyeing off that icecream for some time now, and it was a choice between that and a glass of wine. Maybe icecream was the better of the two evils?)

Late night snacks: Diet jelly, tiny piece of chocolate (still full!!)
