Breakfast: Wheat bran, protein crunch, diet yoghurt
Protein Delite bar

Lunch: Sliced banana on rye toast
Protein shake

Afternoon snack: Apple

Dinner: Fish w. creamy sauce & salad
Cherries
Carb smart icecream
Wine x3 gls
Nutri soy tofu dessert
Protein crisps

Went a bit overboard :oops: One night a week I guess it's allowed, I've been pretty good all week :roll: Plus I did an hour and 20 mins of cardio, walked for 50 mins (to and from work.. waitressing at the local racecourse), plus I'm sure burned a few calories at work. Think it's bed time :lol:

I've been boozing up too much lately- it makes me eat bad foods aswell...here goes

breaky: one piece of toast with marg, scrambled eggs and greasy bacon

lunch: slept right through lunch, due to horrible hangover :evil:

dinner: piece of toast, two egg whits and a lil yolk, poached. one tomato sliced on toast


NO water at all. :oops:

Gotta lift my game, especially on the weekeneds.
