Breakfast: all-bran, kiwifruit, skinny milk

Lunch: 2 salad, taco mince wraps things

Snack: crackers and l/f cottage cheese, 1 apple

Dinner: Salmon and veges

Desset: diet jelly.....1 serve this time! :D

mmm those taco mince wrap things sound good kim! and well done on the 1 serve of jelly! i cant stand the texture of jelly *shudder* but mick can eat bowls of it! (so can heidi!)

Have been eating too much for a while.

Sun is a new start. I think I have been good and I want to continue to reach my goal.

Breakfast: 1 egg & 1 soy-linseed toast, no butter
Late lunch: 2 pork chops, a bit of white rice
Snack: A lot of watermelons - 3 plates, 2 kiwi fruit.
Dinner: 1 soy-linseed toast, with butter

Drank 3 litres of water, 0.5 litre of tea.
