Breakfast: all-bran, lsa, skinny milk, orange juice

Morning meal: oats-yoghurt-protein powder mix, 1 orange

Lunch: turkey and salad on wholemeal bread, 1 kiwifruit, carrot sticks

Snack: crackers with l/f cheese and tomato

Dinner: chicken and salad
Kim - To thine own self be true
Maintainence since 04/11/06
Preferred Weight - Under 60 kgs
Current Weight - 64.8 kgs
Start Weight - 85 kgs

Breakfast: untoasted muesli with yoghurt

Lunch: Lean beef burger from Maccas - (I know, not great, but not a big Mac meal, either!)

Mid afternoon Snack: Watermelon

Dinner: grilled fish, corn on the cob, blanched carrots, baby peas.

Still feeling quite hungry, so will probably have another snack at some stage before bed.

Breakfast: 1 pork chop, 1 soy-linseed toast, no butter
Lunch: 1 pork chop, 1 soy-linseed toast, no butter
Dinner: Soup mix with sliced up 1 pork chop

Snack: 1 plate of water melon
Snack2: 1 pork chop
Snack3: 2 kiwi fruit

Drank 3.2 litres of water, 0.5 litre of green tea.
