Breakfast: shredded wheat, skinny milk, LSA

Morning Meal: yoghurt-oats-protein powder mix, 1 slice of l/f cheese

Lunch: turkey, salad on wholemeal bread, 1 orange

Snack: carrot sticks, crackers, 1 italian pastry the boss bought in as I had been going on and on about it.

Dinner: tuna and pasta salad

It is possible I might have some more fruit but will see how I go. :D

Early morning: Sliced banana on rye toast

Breakfast: Wheat bran, protein crunch & LSA w. soymilk

Morning tea: 1/4 HPLC bar, coffee

Lunch: Bean Salad

Afternoon snacks: Salad w. sliced soy sausage, Grapes

Dinner: Curry filo w. steamed veg

Dessert: Diet yoghurt, the last little piece of my mum's christmas cake ( :( ), tea.

Late night snacks: Diet jelly, Carb-smart icecream, 1/2 Protein delite bar.

Spot on my aim of 7000kJ, even with the few "extras" thrown in there :roll:

Breakfast: Just right and skim milk

Lunch: Wholemeal sandwich with salad, marg and mustard

Dinner: 25 Sakatas and can of tuna (boring! was stuck at work)


Snacks: Apple, Nectarine, sultanas

Breakfast:
2 Weetbix with Stewed Plums
1 Slice of Rye Toast with Philadelphia Cheese

Lunch:
A lotta roast veges - yum!!!
Diet Yoghurt, Diet Jelly and Strawberries

Snack:
1 Rye Cruskit with Sundried Tomato & Basil Cottage Cheese & a slice of l/f Turkey

Dinner:
Carribean Chicken with rice
Garden Salad

Dessert:
Diet Yoghurt (frozen)
L/f Tiramisu (homemade and DELICIOUS!!!)

Breakfast - 2 weetbix, skinny milk and a tinsy bit of sugar :oops:
Lunch - 1 x Banana, 1 x Apple
Dinner - Large serving of salad (tomato, lettuce, cucumber & red onion), medium serving of peas&corns, very small serving of mashed potato, small piece of snitzel meat with no crumbing on it.
1 x piece watermelon and 1 x piece of apple & walnut strudel, home made with no sugar added..

Drinks - 3 x coffees :oops: 1 x tea and 3L water.

the strudel may have been a bit naughty, but considering I ate nothing but fruit for lunch and no snacks I didnt think it was too bad.... :?

Breakfast: 1 soy-linseed toast, no butter
Lunch: gravy beef, vegie bean soup + oily beef rice noodle takeaway :oops:
Dinner: gravy beef vegie bean soup - small serve
Snack: Half a plate of watermelon.

Drank 1 litre of water. Very tired. Went to bed early.

Kate, the pastry is called Fagottino and is a little bit like a croissant but doesn't seem to be as buttery and has a bit of chocolate filling. So a bit similar to a chocolate croissant from bakers delight but somehow different. It was yummy....they are having cakes for morning tea tomorrow. Crikey!

sounds yummy kim!! there is a an italian sweet shop like that in sydney and they do lots of pretty funky pastries, cakes and so on. not good for the waistline but a nice treat every now and then :)

enjoy tomorrow- have a nibble ;)
