Breakfast: 1 x weight watchers all day cereal bar

Snack: 2 x toast (brown bread) with vegemite and a cup of tea


Lunch: Tuna and salad

Snack: watermelon

Dinner: At this moment uncertain as grandparents have taken the kids away for a week down south - might try to convince the hubbie to go out!!!!

Breakfast: Sunsol natural muesli, skinny milk, kiwifruit

Morning Meal: yoghurt-protein powder-oats mix, 1 apple

Lunch: pasta and bean salad with cottage cheese

Snack: crackers and l/f cheese

Dinner: home made pizza...yum!

Overnight: Rye toast w/ diet jam (one very thin crust.. almost burnt it lol)

Early morning: Aussie Bodies "Start the Day" protein/breakfast drink

Breakfast: FibreX cereal

Morning tea: 1/2 Protein delite, Coffee

Lunch: Savoury tofu w/ salad, Almonds

Afternoon snacks: Mango, Peaches x2

Dinner: Curry filo w/ steamed veg

Dessert: Diet Jelly, Chocolate (small bit, 10g), Jarrah chocolatte

Late night snacks: Veggie sticks, Diet yoghurt

2 Weetbix with Stewed Plums

Lunch:
Homemade Vegetable Filo Pasty
Diet Yoghurt, Diet Jelly and Strawberries


Snack:
Carrot circles (I like them better than sticks :P) with l/f Tzatziki Dip

Dinner:
Cous Cous Salad type thing with pumpkin, almonds and sultanas in it
Garden Salad

Dessert:
Diet Yoghurt (frozen)
1 slice of Raisin Toast with 1 tsp 100% Peanuts Peanut Butter

Breakfast: gravy-beef bean soup with 1 slice of soy-linseed toast
Lunch: gravy-beef bean soup with 1 slice of soy-linseed toast
Dinner: a bit more bean soup
Snack: 1 plate of watermelon
Snack: Cafe hamburger brought home by my GF :oops: :oops:

Drank 1 litre of water, some tea. Got an ulcer in my throat which is killing me, cant even drink water, cant have salt, cant have lemon...

aw feel better soon fatgarfield. i always find hot drinks sooth things like that more so than cold ones,
