Breakfast: strawberry protein shake

Morning Meal: vege sticks and l/f cottage cheese

Morning tea at work: 1 mint slice, 1 small pce banana cake, skinny hot chocolate

Lunch: turkey and salad on wholemeal bread

Snack: yoghurt, all-bran and dried apricots

Dinner: more home made pizza...there was loads left

The whole day was strange eating wise. Wasn't very hungry this morn due to pizza last night so had a protein shake and I knew the morning tea was coming up and I wasn't going to miss out. Then had breakfast food for arvo snack as I knew I was gonna do a big workout when I got home. Finished off with leftover pizza from yesterday.

wow you did well with the morning tea kim- well done :) what was on the home made pizza? whats for dinner at your place tomorrow night (i love your saturdays !!)

Early morning: Sliced banana on rye toast

Breakfast: Wheat bran, protein crunch, LSA w. soymillk

Morning tea: 1/4 HPLC bar

Lunch: Savoury tofu w. Salad, Almonds

Afternoon snack: Peach, Nectarine

Dinner: Sushi rolls x2

Dessert: Low fat yoghurt w. strawberries & passionfruit

Late night snacks: Diet jelly, 1/2 an apple, small carrot, tiny piece of peanut slice lol.

1 piece Burgen Oatbran & Honey Bread
2 pieces 97% FF Bacon
1 Egg

Pita Bread Pizza with turkey, pineapple, fetta cheese and cherry tomato

Diet Yoghurt, Diet Jelly & Peach

Spinach & Ricotta Lasagne (wholegrain - yum!)
Garden Salad

Diet Yoghurt
1 piece of Raisin Toast with 1 tsp 100% Peanuts Peanut Butter
