Breakfast: strawberry protein shake
Morning Meal: vege sticks and l/f cottage cheese
Morning tea at work: 1 mint slice, 1 small pce banana cake, skinny hot chocolate
Lunch: turkey and salad on wholemeal bread
Snack: yoghurt, all-bran and dried apricots
Dinner: more home made pizza...there was loads left
The whole day was strange eating wise. Wasn't very hungry this morn due to pizza last night so had a protein shake and I knew the morning tea was coming up and I wasn't going to miss out. Then had breakfast food for arvo snack as I knew I was gonna do a big workout when I got home. Finished off with leftover pizza from yesterday.
