Overnight: Big bowl of muesli w. soymilk (big mistake! Not feeling the best this morning :( )

Early morning: Banana

Breakfast: FibreX cereal

Morning snacks: 1/4 HPLC bar, Agel FIT, Sugarfree lollies

Lunch: Salad w. tomato & olive tuna & sundried tomatoes

Afternoon snacks: Peach, Almonds

Dinner: Veggie bolognese creation w. Steamed veg

Dessert: Diet jelly

Late night snack: Diet yoghurt

Well, that's the plan and I'm sticking to it!

Breakfast: all-bran, strawberries, skinny milk, 1 slice wholemeal toast with no added sugar jam

Morning Meal: yoghurt-oats-protein powder mix, 1 orange

Lunch: chicken and salad on soy and linseed bread

Snack: crackers, l/f cheese, tomato

Dinner: tuna salad

Desert: lime diet jelly with fresh strawberries and nectarine

1 piece of Burgen Oatbran & Honey bread with Tomato
2 pieces 97% FF Bacon

Snack:
Swiss Miss Cocoa Mix Drink - Diet with Calcium

Lunch:
Chilli Flavoured Tuna (never again - it burnt my tongue!!!), Corn Kernels, Cottage Cheese and Tomato
Diet Yoghurt, Diet Jelly and a Peach

Snack:
1 Rye Cruskit with Cottage Cheese

Dinner:
Vegetable Pasta (Wholegrain)
Garden Salad

Dessert:
Diet Yoghurt
1 piece of Raisin Toast with 1 tsp 100% Peanuts Peanut Butter

Brekkie:
1 serve mini wheats
1/2 cup l/f milk
1 coffee

Snack:
1 mango

Lunch:
1 Salmon and salad m/g sandwich with a small squirt mayo

Dinner:
Beef and pasta bake with assorted veges

Snack:
1 cold aktavite with l/f milk
1 serve raisins, 1 serve dates

Water: 3.5L
