Hi Em... not too bad actually. I think I'm still recovering from my horrible splurge on Saturday night (I ate an undisclosed quantity of protein crisps  ), my poor tummy! Just little bits and pieces I have eaten, but nothing major overnight so far this week. Feel too sick still :(
undisclosed quantity
Nice wording Sarah...mayl have to borrow that on my weekend away....undisclosed quantity of room service....fits nicely.

Ally the kavli crispbread is nice. I always just write crackers and l/f cheese for my arvo snack but I actually use various types of l/f crispbreads not crackers so thought I would put the particulars down.
