Right, today really is Wednesday although tomorrow is the last day of the working week due to public holiday so I am thinking that is like a Friday, therefore, today may in fact be Thursday. :P Couldn't help myself.

Breafast: shredded wheat, skinny milk, strawberries

Morning tea at work: crikey...lots of crackers with sweet chilly philly, 2 quattro choccy biscuits, 1 apple

Lunch: chicken and salad on wholemeal bread, dried apricots

Snack: 2 crispbread with l/f cheese and tomato

Dinner: cous cous-tofu-vege extravaganza (lol got sick of saying thingy)

Dessert: lime diet jelly and fresh nectarine (how good are the nectarines at the moment.....yummy....and good price too!)

Early morning: Protein shake, Protein crunch w. soy milk

Breakfast: FibreX cereal, Banana

Morning tea: 1/4 HPLC bar, coffee

Lunch: Bean salad, Apple, Soy chocolate (10g piece), tea

Afternoon snacks: Garden salad, Almonds

Dinner: Veggie bolognese w. steamed veg

Dessert: Diet jelly, small peice of fruit cake, tea

Late night snack: Soy yoghurt

Even later night snack :shock: : Carb smart icecream & boost smoothie on a stick (It is cold outside, but I am still hot! I'm not 30 yet so please tell me it's not hot flushes!! Gotta find some way of cooling down that does not involve icecream :evil: )

I keep thinking today is Thursday too :oops:

I never know what day it is anymore!!! I kept thinking it was Friday today - retarded or what!!!

Breakfast:
1 piece of Burgen Oatbran & Honey toast with Tomato
1 Hardboiled Egg

Snack:
1 Peach (am LOVING peaches at the moment :D)

Lunch:
Vegetable Pasta (wholegrain)
Diet Yoghurt, Diet Jelly and Blueberries

Dinner:
Chicken Stirfry with rice
Garden Salad

Dessert:
Diet Yoghurt (frozen)
1 piece of Raisin Toast with 100% Peanuts Peanut Butter

Breakfast: 2x white coffee with sugar
1x glass of milo and skim milk

Lunch: 1x skinny milkshake and hotdog from Wendy's

Snack: Rice crackers and low fat french dip

Dinner: Sizzling steak on bed of rice with veges

Desert: 1x mangoe and 1x warm glass of milo

Please tell me what you think compared to yesterday.

Looks good! I like the addition of the snack between lunch and dinner. It's always best to have snacks inbetween meals so that you don't get too hungry. And some veggies with dinner 8)

You might find it easier to get through the day with a proper breakfast - eg cereal & milk & fruit, toast with a poached egg.
I couldn't survive on coffee and milo!!!
