LOL - tht would be a great help Ally! Now, where would you like me to go?? Kate - glad I'm not the only one who frets over packing :D I have set aside two full days for the task :roll:

DAY 10 (Sunday 4th February)

Overnight: Two weight watchers icecreams and one serve of carb-smart icecream :oops: :oops:
Breakfast: Fatblaster shake, Tiny serve of bran
After excercise: FibreX cereal, Banana, 3 prunes
Lunch: Tuna salad, diet jelly
Afternoon snacks: 1/3 HPLC bar, Coffee, Small nectarine & apricot
Dinner: Savoury tofu w. steamed veg
Dessert: Dates x6, tea
Late night snacks: Muesli w. diet yoghurt :oops: , Jarrah hot choc

Overate yet again!! :evil: Right, I now have my bikinis installed on my pantry door handle, and a very large sign in black texta reading "Go back to bed - you do not need to eat!" which will go on the chair that blocks off my kitchen at night time :twisted:

Stand by for two perfect diary entries to finish this off!

DAY 11 (Monday 5th February)

Early morning: Fatblaster shake, Small serve of wheat bran
Breakfast: 1/2 Musashi muscle slice, Banana
Morning tea: 1/3 HPLC bar, Coffee
Lunch: Power wrap w. soy rashers & salad
Afternoon tea: Sundried tomato & tuna salad, 250mL soy milk
Dinner: Tofu & vegetable kebabs w. either salad or steamed veg depending how hot my house is when I get home!
Dessert: Diet jelly, Carb-smart icecream
Late night snack: Diet yoghurt

I'm planning on whitening my teeth tonight, so that should keep my mouth busy for at least half an hour... plus I'm sure the taste will last for quite some time after that :lol:

Overnight: Protein delite bars x2, Carb-smart icecream :oops: :evil:
Early morning: Fatblaster protein shake
Breakfast: 1/2 Musashi muscle slice
Morning tea: 1/3 HPLC bar
Lunch: Soy rashers w. steamed veg
Aftenoon tea: Lemon tuna salad, Peach
Dinner: Home-made veggie pizzas :D
Dessert: Diet yoghurt, Lindt ball, Jarra hot choc
Late night snacks: Boost smoothie on a stick, small serve of muesli

Pizzas! The program allows a "cheat meal" at the end of each 12-day round. I definitely did not deserve this, but I ate it anyway! I had some small pita breads as the base and put on onion, mushroom, olives, feta and my favourite... artichokes :D

I am kicking myself that I ate too much this last 12 days :x What a shocker! I now have a further 12 days left to redeem myself before I go away... just gotta keep thinking about those damn bikinis :shock:

Dont feel bad, its sounds like a hard plan to stick to. I'd never be able to do it.
You'll be right mate. Just keep going and it'll work out. :D
