Breakfast- 2 crumpets with a small amount of peanut butter


Morning tea- 5 chocolate bullets


Lunch- Half a salad and ham sanwhich, I could not stomach it for some reason


Afternnoon snacks- rice crackers, a mango and 2 kiwi fruit


Dinner- curry beef and rice


Dessert- a hot chocolate
Mel :)

WEEK 1 - 86.5 kg
WEEK 2 - 84.9kg

Breakfast:
Swiss Muesli with Stewed Plums

Lunch:
1 serving of Benefiber (regretting having it now since I feel all weird)
1 9 Grain English Muffin with l/f cheese and tomato
1 small can Sardines in Tomato Sauce

Snack:
Diet Yoghurt, Diet Jelly and a Peach
Kelloggs All-Bran (only a little serve)

Dinner:
Vegetable Stirfry with Sanitarium Vegie Delights Stirfry Strips (wasn't a fan!!!)
Garden Salad

Dessert:
Diet Yoghurt (frozen)

breakfast : 2 weetbix with 1 teaspoon of sugar and hilo milk

lunch: multigrain bread with chickenbreast and lettuce

dinner: grilled fish wih a squeeze of lemon, 1 piece of bread and some lite coleslaw

snacks: 1 plum, 1 pear, 10 chicken rice crackers, small handful of red rock chips, bite of a bbq sausage

desert: diet jelly and boost smoothie on a stick

all this only added up to 991 calories :( according to calorie king im meant to have 1750 a day but i try and go for 1200 minimum!
does it matter if i dont reach the 1200? i have been eating regularly all day and havent felt hungry

you should try and have at least the 1200 a day Jewels or your body could go into the starvation mode and you could gain weight. But on the other hand if you don't feel like eating, I don't think you should force it down your neck.....see how you go.

yeh im going for 1200, but yesterday i think i mustve just made some damn good choices! and managed to eat meals and snacks and even desert but be under :P

Breakfast: all-bran, banana, skinny milk

Snack: apricots

Lunch: pumpkin soup, bread, 1/2 hplc bar and grapes

Snack: 2 crispbread with cheese and some f/f yoghurt

Dinner: chicken casserole with roast veges and more bread
