breakfast : 2 weetbix with 1 teaspoon of sugar and hilo milk
lunch: multigrain bread with chickenbreast and lettuce
dinner: grilled fish wih a squeeze of lemon, 1 piece of bread and some lite coleslaw
snacks: 1 plum, 1 pear, 10 chicken rice crackers, small handful of red rock chips, bite of a bbq sausage
desert: diet jelly and boost smoothie on a stick
all this only added up to 991 calories
according to calorie king im meant to have 1750 a day but i try and go for 1200 minimum!
does it matter if i dont reach the 1200? i have been eating regularly all day and havent felt hungry
