Breakfast: all-bran, dried apple, lsa, skinny milk

Morning meal: yoghurt-oats-protein powder mixed, 1 orange

Lunch: chicken on wholemeal bread with salad and 1 peach

Snack: 4 crackers with l/f cheese and tomato

Dinner: more chicken casserole and steamed veges

Maintainence since 04/11/06
Preferred Weight - Under 60 kgs
Current Weight - 64.8 kgs
Start Weight - 85 kgs

Breakfast- sustain

Lunch- 2 spoon full of pasta and a salad and ham roll

Afternoon tea- 5 milk aroroot biscuts :oops: banana and a orange

Dinner- fish with tomoto and onion and weight watchers wedges

Dessert- milo

Water- 2 liters
Mel :)

breakfast : weetbix (207)

lunch: multigrain sandwhich with chicken breast marinated in
sweet chilli sauce and some salad (240)

tea: lamb cooked on the bbq, lots of vegies :) (480)

desert: boost smoothie on a stick (80)

snacks: half a mango frappe at work
6 chicken rice crackers
a plum :)
1 cup of air popped pop corn
1 picnic cadbury favourite thing (185)

all up 1192 calories :)

2 x Weetbix with Stewed Plums

1 piece of Bakers Delight Country Grain bread with Baked Beans and 2 slices of 97%FF Bacon

Diet Yoghurt, Diet Jelly and a Peach

Vegetable Soup
1 Home-made Zucchini & Herb Muffin

Diet Yoghurt (frozen)
1/2 Darrell Lea's Peppermint Nougat Bar (you should have seen how long it took me to eat this :P I nibbled at it for a good half hour!!!)

I think I saw it in the Healthy Recipes thread??

Anyway, here's my intake for Monday

Breakfast: oats with protein crunch and jarrah mixed in

After training: Protein shake (made with water) and frozen grapes (mmmm)

Lunch: Tuna with salad and two pieces wholegrain toast

Snack: nectarine

Dinner: Chicken and salad

Snack: nectarine, few more grapes

I was sooo hungry last night
