Breakfast- apple (I forgot my cerial)

Morning tea- nothing

Lunch- curry beef and rice and a banana

Afternoon tea- a small cup cake and a cream egg

Dinner- chicken and cashew salad

Dessert- nothing

Brekkie:
1 banana
2 pieces fruit bread toast
1 coffee

Snack:
1 cup aktavite

Lunch:
1 ham, l/f cheese, onion, tomato and garlic pizza (pita bread base)
1 orange

Snack:
1 serve low fat peach and mango yoghurt
2 tbs oats

Dinner:
Skinless thigh fillet
broccoli, green beans and carrot
1 serve potato

Snack:
2 vita wheat crackers
smear marmalade

Water: 3L

Breakfast: weet bix, skinny milk, lsa

Morning meal: kidney beans-brown rice- taco sauce with f/f nat yoghurt and 1 apple

Lunch: chicken and salad on soy and linseed bread, 1 peach

Snack: pce of orange and poppy seed cake (someones birthday at work) 2 kavli crispbread with l/f cottage cheese and tomato

Dinner: spaghetti bolognaise hubby made....couldn't resist.

Dessert: dried apple ...lots of

Ok I'm starting on the food diary again - gotta get the focus back. Wish me luck!!!

7:45am - 2 weetbix with LSA, Sultanas Currants and stewed apples with low fat milk.

9:35am - nectarine

9:52am - dried fruit and cashews

12:20pm - zucchini slice ¼, peach

6:30pm - plum and some grapes

7:15pm - bean tacos with salad toping and a slice of raisin bread
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

1 piece of Bakers Delight bread with tomato
2 pieces of 97%FF Bacon

Lunch:
Homemade Vegetable Soup with 1 Ryvita crispbread

Snack:
Diet Yoghurt, Diet Jelly, an Apple and a Peach

Dinner:
Spinach & Ricotta Lasagne (wholegrain)
Garden Salad

Dessert:
Diet Yoghurt (frozen)
1/2 Raisin English Muffin with 100% Peanuts Peanut Butter & Plum Conserve

breakfast: 2 weetbix with milk (207)

snack: about 1/4 of a mocha frappe at work (i make them for customers and drink the leftover :P) (43)

lunch: toasted ham cheese and tomato sandwhich (244)

snack: 8 rice crackers, 2 pieces of liquorice and about 5 nuts and a small boost skinny mango thing when i was shopping (295)

tea: roast with all the trimmings :P (501)

all up 1290 calories for today which is about what i was aiming for :)
