That's ok Liz! How did you ever manage to only eat half the bag though  Very impressed. It takes me a great deal of restraint, after I've eaten one, to not go back and get another bag from the cupboard

I know! It was real hard! Hubby is trying to cut down on his late night snacking and I told him "whatever you do, DO NOT TASTE ONE OF THESE!" they are so addictive and he would have ended up eating the whole thing and probably the other packets I had bought too
The only reason I stopped was because I saw this poster in the kitchen which I downloaded yesterday from here
http://www.smartshape.com.au/cgi-bin/us ... 1&file=105
it really makes you think before you eat. Also, there is a drink water one which is good for people who struggle to drink enough H2O
( like me   )

SOunds silly but it really works!
Speaking of addictive things, have you tried the horley's carbless bars? OMG! They are great for when I dont feel like having yet another protein shake and only 180 calories. :P :P Compared to other protein bars, thats pretty good. :D

No, I've seen them but haven't tried them yet. The posters look great... I think I'll need to print out a few copies and put them around everywhere
