1 egg on 1 slice multigrain toast
1 banana smoothy
2 coffees (my morning tea was interrupted by 2 friends popping in)
1 crannies meat pie with peas
1 crannies dessert pie apricot and custard
(this was not a planned lunch as my friends were still here. I am not stressing about it as the scales were down by 300g again this morning, but I sat there after I had it burping pie
Snack: 1 small kiwi fruit, 1 peach
Dinner: Beef and pasta bake with carrots, broccoli and beans
Snack: 1 small cold milo
