1 serve sports plus cereal
1/4 cup l/f milk

Lunch: (out with scott and our friends today)
Lunch at the brunnies:
crumbed steak and veges
lemon soft drink mix - 1/8 glass lemon squash mixed with soda water - yum

1 honey nougat bar.

Not sure on dinner yet, will post later

Breakfast: milk, 2 pcs wholemeal toast with all fruit jam

Morning Meal: yoghurt-oats-protein powder mix, 1 apple

Lunch: l/f cottage cheese and salad on wholemeal bread

Snack: crispbread with l/f cheese and tomato

Dinner: the final small serve of spag bolognaise

Dessert: grapes

breakfast: egg on 1 slice of toast with a bit of tomato sauce (220)

morning tea: a banana and a bite of a shortbread cookie (i gave the rest to my mum, claps for me :P) (103)

lunch: half a tuscan chicken healthy choice pizza, half a mango frappe (293)

afternoon tea: small piece of licorice, 5 rice crackers (64)

tea: a skinfree baguette (416)

desert: boost berry smoothie on a stick (83)

snacks to eat during dvd: 1 piece of chocolate out of the box of cadbury favourites i got from my bday, 1 cup of light popcorn (86)

all up for today 1269 :)

i cant believe i still have nearly a whole box of chocolates left and my bday was almost a month ago, wow :P

8:00am - 2 weetbix, currants, sultanas LSA and stewed apples with low fat milk

9:50am – 2 wedges cantaloupe, 1 wedge honedew

10:00am – 4 vitawheats with peanut butter

12:00pm - zucchini slice 1/4

1:00pm – apricot

1:34pm- peach

2:00pm – a cup of muesli, fruit and cashews, 1 twin peppermint freddo.

8:00pm - baked vegies and gravy
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

hey jewles for my 21st last year a family who have known me my whole life brought my this massive box of favourites ever. it had a handle and everything. i swear i only ate about 5 chocolates over the course of 3 days and then sat there one day and thought "i dont need these' and threw the whole box out. no regrets.

Breakfast: oats with protein crunch
Snack: 1/2 bag protein crisps, fresh pineapple and 1/2 cup popcorn
Lunch: meat/vegies & 3 thin rice cakes
Snack: 1 frozen banana, 1 nectarine
Dinner: meat/vegies & other 1/2 of the protein crisps
