Breakfast: Jenny Craig Multi Grain + piece of fruit

Snack: Caramel Crisp Bar

Lunch: Chargrilled chicken and vegies

Snack: fruit

Dinner: ham and cheese jaffle and salad

Snack: yoghurt and fruit

water - 1 litre
Diet coke - 2
2008 - my year to be great!!

well I had to fast for a scan today so food is all out
-breaky- cereal & protien shake
snack-vegemite and crakers

Brekkie:
2 slices of multigrain toast
1 banana
1 coffee

Lunch:
1 cream cheese l/f spread with 1 slice chicken loaf w/m sandwich
1 coffee

Snack"
1 Double Blend choc mint drink
1 peach
4 crispbread with 2 slices cheese

Dinner:
Beef and Rosemary casserole
rice

Snack:
1 orange
1 serve l/f vanilla yoghurt

Water: 3L

Homemade Vegetable Pasty

Snack:
Diet Yoghurt, Diet Jelly and a Peach

Dinner:
Sml Baked Potato with Baked Beans and L/F Cheese

Dessert:
Diet Yoghurt (frozen)
1/2 Raisin English Muffin with 100% Peanuts Peanut Butter

Breafast: skinny milk, lsa, shredded wheat

Morning meal: yoghurt-muesli-protein powder mix, grapes

Lunch: salmon, l/f cottage cheese and salad on soy and linseed bread, 4 juicy dried apricots

Snack: crispbread with l/f cottage cheese and tomato

Snack: milo chocolate bar...oops but now I don't feel like dinner and haven't had anything yet.

Dinner: Well I did eat and I was naughty. 2 slices of soy and linseed bread with all fruit jam then two crumpets with marg and golden syrup. This wouldn't have been so bad if I hadn't had the marg but that put me over my cals for the day and the fat intake was much higher than usual. Oh well it doesn't happen too often.

breakfast - rolled oats soaked overnight in apple jouce & diet yogurt. strawberries, skim milk coffee with splenda

mid morning snack - apple

lunch - leftover chicken stirfry with brown rice

afternoon snack - WW corn snacks, nectarine

dinner - 6" Sub with roast chicken and salad.

snack - 1/2 subway cookie

lunch: half a healthy choice tuscan chicken pizza (229)

snack: 5 chicken rice crackers (34)

tea: chicken tomato potato and oregano bake (mum got the recipe of the jamie oliver show last night, very yum!) (591)

desert: grapes and watermelon (55)

total calories for today: 1288 :)

7:45am - 2 weetbix, currants, sultanas LSA and stewed apples with low fat milk

10:00am – nectarine, dried fruit and cashews

12:20pm - 2 slices sprouted rye toast with tuna and tomato sauce

2:00pm - mandarin

2:30pm – 4 vitawheats’ with peanut butter. Cup of cereal

6:00pm - plum

9:00pm - chilli beef mexican meal and 1 marguirita (sml) at a hens night
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
