2 x wholemeal crumpets (2 points)
1 x tbs honey (1 point)
1/2 banana (0.5 point)
skim coffee with splenda (0.5 points)

Snack -

WW Corn snacks (1 point)

Lunch -

Cup a soup (1.5 points)
130g baked beans (1.5 points)

snack -

WW choc crisp bar (1.5 points)

Dinner -

Red Rooster skin free burger (6.5 points)
3 roast potatos (3 points)

total points 19

Breakfast: 1 egg on toast with a bit of tomato sauce
small bowl of watermelon and grapes (273)

Snack: 1 piece of chocolate (11)

Lunch: chicken and salad sandwhich and 3 stolen red rooster chips :P (274)

Snack: 1 slice of multigrain bread with 1 piece of ham
5 chicken rice crackers (115)

Tea: chicken stir fry with a bit of steamed rice and a bit of fried rice (584)

Desert: mini fruit icy pole (22)

Total calories: 1279

Hey Jewels when you "steal" the hot chippies they have no calories in them and they taste better!!! LOL :lol: :P

8:00am - Muesli with low fat milk

10:45am - madras pie with chutney

2:00pm - muesli bar

3:00pm - grapes

7:00pm - 2.5 chickpea patties with salad
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
