9:30am - fruit salad with low fat yoghurt and a sprinkle of muesli

1:00pm - salad sandwich and 1/2 currant almond scroll

6:30pm - vegetarian canneloni and danish thing for dessert, 2 glasses wine

9:00pm - 1 slice fruit and nut sourdough

35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

B/Fast: Peanut Cereal Bar

Snack: Muslie Cookie

Lunch: Tomato Soup, salad

Snack: 1/4 yogurt and fruit

DInner: Chick fetticine and vegies

Being on JC means that I know what I am going to eat for the day - yummy :lol:

Hay Kate - It depends on what food you want to eat but I am going to average between $115 - $119 a week ( i know it sounds a lot with a family to take care of - but I do work full time and never spend any money on myself - so this is for me). As you get into the program when you reach half way - the cost goes down because you are only eating about 3 days a week of thier food. I really enjoy planning my next weeks food!!!

I became a life tine member about 10 years ago so I only have to pay for food.

Leftover Mustard Chicken (an annette sym recipe) and rice
Roast Vegies, peas, corn, not sure what meat yet..
Ski D'lite Yoghurt, Apple, handful roasted chickpea snacks

1/2 9 Grain Muffin with Tomato & 97% FF Bacon

1 Piece of Burgen Oatbran & Honey bread with L/F Cheese, Baked Beans & Tomato

Diet Yoghurt, Diet Jelly, a Golden Delicious Apple & a Fig

Roast Vegetables (Red Capsicum, Zucchini, Eggplant, Sweet Potato & Pumpkin)
Country Style Soy Patty

Diet Yoghurt (frozen)
1/2 Raisin English Muffin with 100% Peanuts Peanut Butter & Plum Conserve
