Before gym: Protein shake w. benefibre & glutamine
Breakfast: Wheat bran, protein crunch & LSA w. soymilk
Morning snacks: 1/3 HPLC bar, Banana
Lunch: Greek salad (from leftover pizza ingredients :D Pizza!)
Afternoon snack: Almonds
Dinner: Tofu & vegetable skewers w. steamed veg
Dessert: Diet jelly
Late night snack: Empower Bread (it's low car/high protein... comes in a packet and you bake it yourself) w. vege spread

Total: 6400kJ, 65g carbs (back to the carb counting for 5 days :roll: )

Horley's carbless bar & 1 frozen banana
egg whites on toast with tomato
(trying to save some calories for tonight -my brother's engagement dinner)
I know there will definately be cake
Be good, be good, be good......

I've been super strict this week as I've registered for the Run For The Kids 15.2km event in April. Dont know how I'm gonna do it carrying all this extra weight...So that's why I have to avoid the nasties tonight. Help :?

B/FAST: Swiss chocolate drink

SNACK: fruit and yoghurt

LUNCH: Lasagne and salad

SNACK: fruit

DINNER: Broccoli and cheese stuffed potato and vegies

SNACK:Mango cheesecake (yes cheesecake - God bless you Jenny Craig)

Morning meal: dried apricots, yoghurt-oats-protein shake mix

Lunch: chicken and salad on whole grain bread

Snack: crispbread and l/f cheese

Dinner: bean, mince, salad wraps

Dessert: 2 small pcs of chocolate orange

8:00am - 2 weetbix, currants, sultanas LSA and stewed apples with low fat milk

10:17am– dried fruit and cashews

11:00am – peach

1:00pm – 2 slices fruit and nut s-dough with pn butter

2:30pm - nectarine

6:00pm - 4-5 small aprciots

7:30pm - bean tacos with salad, some strawberries for desert
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

Breaky: small bowl of sultana bran with skim milk

Lunch: 2 tuna and cucumber sushi rolls and one piece of hawaiin pizza (damn boyfriend- it smelt soo good)

Snack: 1 carrot, 1 apple, two vita wheats with tomato

Dinner: tomoto sandwich on wholegrain bread (at work)
