Before gym: Protein shake w. benefibre, glutamine and l-carnitine
Breakfast: Peach, FibreX cereal
Morning snack: 1/3 HPLC bar
Lunch: Greek salad
Afternoon snacks: Atkins protein shake, Almonds
Dinner: Tofu & vegetable kebabs w. steamed veg
Dessert: Diet jelly
Late night snack: Diet yoghurt

If all goes to plan... just 42g of carbs and 5200kJ.

That's not much is it?? Hmmm, I'm still making up for my pigout sessions last week. We'll see how it goes tonight, if I eat any extra I'll update this. One low calorie day can't be a bad thing if I only do it every so often :?

Thanks for starting the thread Vegetable
