Late night snacks: Small serve of bran, Two little pieces of empower toast w. diet jam :roll:
Before gym: Banana, Small serve of protein crunch
Breakfast: Tofu "scrambled eggs"
Morning tea: 1/3 HPLC bar, Coffee
Lunch: Greek salad
Afternoon snacks: Atkins protein shake, Almonds
Dinner: Savoury tofu w. steamed veg
Dessert: Diet jelly
Late night snack: Protein delite

All up 7000kJ and about 75g carbs :)

Yayyy the weekend's here, the weekend's here!!

Breakfast: 2 weetbix, 1 shredded wheat, skinny milk

Snack: vege sticks (cucumber, radish, carrot and red capsicum)

Lunch: tuna on soy and linseed bread

Snack: crispbread and low fat cheese, 1 apricot, 1 kiwifruit

Dinner: vege burgers and salad with lite ranch dressing
Kim - To thine own self be true
Maintainence since 04/11/06
Preferred Weight - Under 60 kgs
Current Weight - 64.8 kgs
Start Weight - 85 kgs

I actually don't like Saturdays because I have to work at 8am usually :P I love work but 8am? Argh, the mornings and I just don't mix!!

1 piece of Vogels Rye & Sunflower Bread (yummy!!!!)
Baked Beans
2 slices of 97%FF Bacon

Pita Bread Pizza with Turkey, Cherry Tomato, Fresh Pineapple and Bocconcini Cheese

Diet Yoghurt, Diet Jelly and a Ginger Gold Apple
1 Dried Fig

Carribean Chicken with 1/2 cup brown rice
Garden Salad

Diet Yoghurt (frozen)
1 piece of Raisin Toast with 100% Peanuts Peanut Butter and Plum Conserve

8:00am - 2 weetbix, currants, sultanas LSA and stewed apples with low fat milk

9:38 – 2 apricots

10:30 – morning tea, don’t even ask

1:00 – 2 pancakes with topping from last night,

2:00 - a few more baddies.

7:00 - home made vege pizza
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
