Breakfast-
Vogels Bran, 1 tbs sultanas, soy milk
Lunch-
Large salad, apple
Dinner-
Acupulco chicken (annette sym) steamed mixed veg
Sbacks-
Fruit, 3 ltr water
Vegetable

9:30 - muesli with fruit

12:30 - putanesca roll with salad, 1/2 muesli bar

6:00 - banana, nectarine

7:30 - spaghetti
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

1 piece of Vogels Rye & Sunflower bread with tomato
Baked Beans
Kelloggs All-Bran with boiling water

Lunch:
Homemade burger (9 Grain English Muffin with a Lean Beef patty, philli cheese, tomato and lite tomato sauce)

Snack:
Diet Yoghurt, Diet Jelly and Rockmelon

BDinner:
Country Style Soy Patty
Sweet Potato Wedges
Garden Salad

Dessert:
Diet Yoghurt (frozen)
1 piece of Raisin Toast with 100% Peanuts Peanut Butter & Plum Conserve
