8:00 - muesli and fruit

11:00 - chilli bean pie

6:30 - chilli bean pie, salad and putanesca roll, 2 biscuits and a muesli bar (at shakespeare in the botanical gardens)
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
